Seeing that I am misperceiving is so key. The way I perceive myself and the world around me isn't true in so many instances. And it is o.k. because nothing is excluded.
So, Adya asks what is the truth? In the strictest sense nothing we perceive. So when suffering arises, how am I causing my own suffering he asks? So true. It is an indicator or a wake up call.
What is my belief or my assumption about this moment that says this shouldn't be happening? And I as I awaken and try to tell myself stories about how the day was this or that, I can see it and sink in and know that it is a story and laugh at myself. I am so lucky to begin to see that with your help! Soul, you and Christos, and others help me so much and I gladly embrace it.
I am so happy to know that it all is there for me to help me and you. Everything is my teacher. Everything serves. So the suffering helps me to wake up and I can celebrate it hold my hand in yours because you are the reflection of me with me and… we wake up together and who knows there is no reported end to it….
I like the realness of where I am even if it is not so enlightened so I can rest my head on your virtual shoulder and know that awareness is seeping into us and our perceptions and the humility, vulnerability of it all brings us together.
I should like to visit Bryon Bay some day. My friends from there are AMAZING!
